- Pay attention to your body’s signals. If you experience any flu-like symptoms, stop the session and notify our caring staff immediately.
- Remember, sweating varies per individual. It’s normal not to sweat much during your first few visits; regular sessions will increase perspiration over time.
Post Session
- Rehydrate thoroughly with 8 to 24 ounces of water or an electrolyte drink to replenish lost fluids.
- Consider using your sauna session as a warm-up before physical activity, then continue with your exercise routine.
- Alternatively, dry off with a towel and cool down naturally or shower at home at your convenience.
